These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of humynixai.com (the "Site") and any services described on it (the "Services"), provided by HumynixAI ("HumynixAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or engaging us for Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

HumynixAI provides fixed-price web development services for AI startups and growing businesses, including productionizing AI-generated applications, landing page development, design systems, and SaaS dashboards, as described on this Site. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed in writing (for example, in a proposal, quote, or statement of work) before work begins.

2. Scope & Fixed Pricing

Each package described on this Site reflects a typical scope, price range, and timeline. The final scope and fixed price for your project are confirmed after a short discovery conversation or audit and set out in writing. Work outside the agreed scope ("change requests") will be discussed and, if needed, quoted separately before being carried out.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed according to the payment schedule set out in your proposal or statement of work (for example, a deposit before work begins and a final payment on delivery). Fees are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide timely access to necessary accounts, codebases, content, and feedback, and to respond to questions within a reasonable time. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, ownership of the custom code, designs, and other deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. HumynixAI retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and reusable, non-confidential components developed during the engagement, and may reference completed work for marketing purposes in general, non-identifying terms unless you request otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your codebase, business information, and any materials you share with us as confidential, and we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before reviewing your project. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as needed to deliver the Services or as required by law.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We perform Services with reasonable skill and care consistent with professional industry standards. Except as expressly agreed in writing, the Site and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue resulting from any Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumynixAI's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. If no specific terms are agreed, either party may terminate with written notice; you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
